航化公司拥有全套阀门生产设备，包括数控车床、加工中心、数控铣、内、外园数控磨床、平面磨，线切割、超音速喷涂设备等机械设备数十台。拥有数控球面磨床 5 台，最大球体磨削直径达 1 米；进口喷涂设备多台，可进行等离子喷涂和超音速喷涂；数控研磨机 10 多台；各种检验检测仪器设备 20 多台。
