盘阀   Disc Valve

盘阀是通过滑动圆盘来实现开关的一种快开快关型阀门。 其设计专门针对带有磨损、 冲蚀特性的物料， 它能在恶劣工况下连续长期的正常工作。

 A disc valve is a quick-opening and quick-closing type of valve that operates by sliding a fi xed disc to control the fl ow. Its design and door are aimed at the materials with wearing and eroding characteristics, and it can work continuously and normally for a long time under harsh working conditions.

燃烧器   Burner

燃烧器是使燃料和空气以一定方式喷出混合燃烧的装置统称。燃烧器按类型和应用领域分工业燃烧器、燃烧机、民用燃烧器、特种燃烧器几种。燃烧器广泛用于锅炉、沥青搅拌站、油田、焚烧炉、热风炉、铸造机械、工业窑炉以及其它热能机械 配套设备。

 A burner is a generic term for a device that ejects and mixes the fuel in a certain way with the air for combustion. Burners are divided into industrial burners, burning machines, civil burners, and special burners by type and application fi eld. Burners are widely used in boilers, asphalt mixing stations, oil fi elds, incinerators, hot blast furnaces, foundry machinery, industrial kilns, and other thermal machinery and equipment.

金属硬密封球阀   Metal Hard Seal Ball Valve

金属硬密封球阀具有耐高温、耐高压、耐强腐蚀性及耐磨损的特点，适用于工况比较恶劣的情况；工作 状态下，其所需转矩小，操作方便，密封安全可靠，使用寿命长，压力损失比较小。

 The metal rigid-sealed ball valve has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is suitable for harsh working conditions. Under the working conditions, they require low torque, are easy to operate, have reliable sealing, a long service life, and relatively small pressure loss. 

高频球阀   High Frequency Ball Valve

PDS 高频球阀主要由球和阀座组成，在固体粉料系统中，它们时刻经受着因开关而带来的摩擦损伤。高频球阀的核心技术就是确保阀球，阀座密封面涂层在长时间高频运行中保持良限的耐磨性和非常稳定的摩擦系数。高频阀采用复合涂层，由基体、硬质、合金层和润滑层组成，同时具有良好的高温和低温机械性能。

 PDS high-frequency ball valves are mainly composed of balls and seats, and are constantly subjected to friction damage caused by switches in the solid powder systems. The core technology of high-frequency ball valves is to ensure that the ball, seat sealing surface coating layer maintains good wear resistance and a very stable friction coeffi cient during the long and high-frequency operation. The high-frequency valve adopts a composite coating, consisting of a matrix, a hard, alloy layer and a lubricating layer, which have good high-temperature and low-temperature mechanical properties. 

弹簧直接载荷式安全阀   Spring Direct Load Safety Valve

黑水调节阀   Blackwater Regulating Valve

我公司设计和制造的黑水调节网，与为德士古煤化工工艺精心打造，用于气化和流水处理工段。主要作用是控制气化炉 和碳洗塔的液位以及对排出的黑水进行老级内蒸，以便回收灰水及热量。

 The blackwater regulating network designed and manufactured by our company is carefully designed by the Texaco coal gasification process system and used in the gasification and graywater treatment section, the main role of which is to control the liquid level of the gasifi er and the carbon black scrubber (or cyclone) and to flash the discharged black water to recover the greywater and heat.
