High Frequency Ball Valve

PDS 高频球阀主要由球和阀座组成，在固体粉料系统中，它们时刻经受着因开关而带来的摩擦损伤。高频球阀的核心技术就是确保阀球，阀座密封面涂层在长时间高频运行中保持良限的耐磨性和非常稳定的摩擦系数。高频阀采用复合涂层，由基体、硬质、合金层和润滑层组成，同时具有良好的高温和低温机械性能。我公司的 PDS 高频球阀在线使用 12 个月后，开关超过 100 万次后，密封面依然光洁无泄漏。

PDS high-frequency ball valves are mainly composed of balls and seats, and are constantly subjected to friction damage caused by switches in the solid powder systems. The core technology of high-frequency ball valves is to ensure that the ball, seat sealing surface coating layer maintains good wear resistance and a very stable friction coeffi cient during the long and 
high-frequency operation. The high-frequency valve adopts a composite coating, consisting of a matrix, a hard, alloy layer and a lubricating layer, which have good high-temperature and low-temperature mechanical properties. After 12 months of online use of our PDS high-frequency ball valves and after more than 1 million times of opening and closing, the sealing surface still remains smooth and leak-free.
