我公司设计和制造的黑水调节网，与为德士古煤化工工艺精心打造，用于气化和流水处理工段。主要作用是控制气化炉 和碳洗塔的液位以及对排出的黑水进行老級內蒸，以便回收灰水及热量。
其工况其有高压差、强冲刷、强腐蚀、介质中含有固体颗粒的特点，设计采用上下导向、角形结构、流道流畅，因此 , 阀门的结构设计和材料进择都有其特殊性。

The blackwater regulating network designed and manufactured by our company is carefully designed by the Texaco coal gasification process system and used in the gasification and graywater treatment section, the main role of which is to control the liquid level of the gasifi er and the carbon black scrubber (or cyclone) and to flash the discharged black water to recover the greywater and heat.
Its working conditions are characterized by high pressure diff erence, strong scouring, and strong corrosion, with solid particles contained in the media. The design adopts the up-and-down guidance, angular structure, and smooth fl ow channels. Therefore, the design of structure and the selection of materials for the valve bear special characteristics.
